Refund & Return Policy

At Ramdev Baba Trading (शगुन पापड़), we take great care in delivering fresh and high-quality papad products. Due to the nature of food items, we maintain a strict refund and return policy to ensure safety and hygiene.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
• Product received is damaged or broken
• Wrong item delivered
• Product quality issue (must be reported immediately)

2. Non-Returnable Items

Since our products are edible and perishable, we do not accept returns in the following cases:
• Change of mind after delivery
• Opened or partially consumed products
• Delay in reporting the issue

3. Refund Process

If your return request is approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method or provided as store credit, depending on the situation.

4. Reporting an Issue

Customers must report any issue within 24 hours of delivery. Please share clear photos/videos of the product along with your order details for quick resolution.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
